  I've been a customer here since I started medical school at COMP-NW in 2014. The owners, Lona and Tony, have always went above and beyond. Their stock on hand is limited by the shop size, but they can quickly order in any other items I'd usually purchase online, with very competitive pricing. Furthermore, Lona does good quality alterations for an *extremely* reasonable price, and they've even went so far as to deliver the white coats they'd tailored to the white coat ceremony my class had when we first started medical school, despite being under no obligation to do so (and did so at no charge). Their purchase prices and selection are very competitive, their alterations prices/quality are even better, and their overall customer service is phenomenal.
